Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (United States Only)
We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): $4.95

• Free Shipping: on all orders over $150

Processing Time
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and pack your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.

Shipping Issues
Jellyfish Swim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly.
